Dale and Tim (Brothers) were extremely polite and professional right from the start. They came the very next day to install a new hot water heater and power vent to the exterior of my home. Their work was impeccable and Dale was extremely upfront with his pricing. I sent him some photographs and measurements and he was able to come up with a plan for the replacement of my hot water heater without needing to come to my home or charging me a trip charge. I asked him to do some extra work to remove a water softener system that we no longer use and he charged me a very reasonable fee. He even noticed that something was wired incorrectly on my furnace and he rewired it free of charge. I would highly recommend this company over any of the bigger commercial companies that tend to upsell you additional services. Thanks guys!

I called with a 12 year old leaking water heater and partial flooded basement. I called, they had me send a few pictures and received a quote within just a few minutes. Canme out the next morning to install. The quality of work was fantastic! I have had a lot of people do work in and around my house and this was the absolute best experience. This company is spot on with how they handle water heater replacement. I cannot think of one thing they could have done better in the process. They were very responsive, professional and clear with communication, scheduling, and providing the total cost upfront to replace my old water heater. I did homework and their cost was favorable yet reasonable compared to the other companies doing this type of work. My home needed a special order water heater due to a size restriction which they obtained routinely. The installation and haul-away of the old unit went very smoothly. The fittings and connects they installed showed care and thoroughness with the install. They were knowledgeable and friendly from beginning to end and made it such an easy process. Honest, on time and great guys. Water heater had gone out so I made a few calls. After getting the run around by other big name companies I came across these guys. After sending them a few measurements and pictures of my old water heater they told me the price and were able to come the next morning. They showed up on time, removed the broken water heater and installed the new one on one of the hottest days of the year with zero complaints. They double checked all their work, had me open up faucets to bleed out any excess air and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future.

My water heater started leaking Sunday night. I reached out to a couple different places. When I called Just Water Heaters they answered the phone immediately. No computers to talk to, no being put on hold. They asked me to send a couple of pictures and measure my old tank. Within a couple of minutes I was given an honest price that was the same as the price on their website. No hidden costs or messing around. Everything was up front. The price they offered me was better than any of the others I had received. They said they could come out the next morning and install it. They were able to work around my schedule for dropping off my children at school. They were very accommodating of having to move the water heater past a large stair lift and remove the old water heater past the stair lift. The company was very professional, they worked quickly and I had hot water less than 24 hours after my old tank started leaking. I definitely recommend them.

I wish I could give this company more stars. Incredible price, quality and service. Sent a few photos got an estimate that was $1100 and 40% cheaper than the other quotes i got. They came out two days later and installed it and hauled away the old one in like 2 hours. Cannot stress enough how amazing this company is. What a great company! Excellent pricing, prompt service. Called at 4 pm on Friday, had hot water by noon on Saturday at a really fair price!
